Our house has 2 sets of french doors that are set flush with the outside wall so they open 180 flat against the house but the way they have been set mean we are getting cold bridging..wet plaster inside and the way to apparently fix this is to either redo the surrounds with thermal boarding or move the doors back so they are in the cavity and not the brick wall... thanks google and building forums but I'm struggling to get tradesman.
Builders are just not replying and window fitters only want to pull out and replace.
It's stressful trying to reach out and be told sure we'll come and look... when can you do.. oh next week.... deadly silence.
