Can anyone recommend an epc company with good customer service?

Just that really. Current EPC states we don't have cavity wall insulation but we do, so if that happened again may need to appeal the EPC as we need it for the heat pump grant.

Just get another EPC done, last time I paid £60 but you can find some cheaper

If cavity wall insulation installation holes aren’t visible, show the EPC person proof you’ve had it done, such as an addressed receipt.

Did you get the first EPC commissioned yourself?

My understanding is that if you cant proove there IS insulation there, then the EPC will say theres none.
So, if youve no evidence at all, then maybe ask a company that does cavity wall insulation to survey & do a written report (I assume theyd charge!!).

I had the cavity wall ties done a couple of years ago, their report says there is cavity insulation there.
