Hi wise Mumsnetters! Have NC’d for privacy.

I’m starting the process of selling my home in Sheffield and looking for recommendations for estate agents please. It will be my first time selling and as i’m fairly young to own a house, i don’t know anyone who owns!

It’s a standard 3 bed terrace in the naice part of S7 and with a good sized garden. Looking at Haus, Spencers and Saxton Mee. Have done all my research, but now wanting any personal recommendations please

NC’d for this as don’t want to link to my other posts as I’m in the process at the moment- but currently buying a house being marketed with Spencers and I can’t believe how amazing they are. An all women team, which may explain why things just get done! But they’re always there on phone or email, very responsive, lovely and friendly and nothing is too big an ask.

when I next come to sell in Sheffield I’ll absolutely use them.
