Universal credit/service charge

I trying to find out if I purchase a small flat and am left with no money will Universal Credit/Housing benefit pay for the monthly service charge.

I would ask this question in the Money Matters forum (if you don’t get an answer on this forum). There are various posts about Universal credit on there, with answers.

In short - it's complicated. I would not buy a flat if you are already worrying about how to afford service charges.
