Help me re-pressurise a boiler!

I’m at my parents’ house, and their boiler pressure needs to be topped up (so I can bleed the radiators and make it less Baltic!). I can’t work out how to do it! There are no taps on the filling loop, it’s not got a special key, and there’s no lever on the valves. It’s a Worcester Bosch boiler, and those are the three options they give me for topping it up.

What am I missing?

great update!! I was out of signal but I’m really glad you got it done!!

Thank you for the advice! The house is already much warmer so I don’t have to worry my parents will freeze over the rest of winter.

Excellent result

The plumber that fitted that filling loop should be ashamed of themselves. Those valves always scale up if not moved regularly which they tend not to be and in any event the heads burr (I know from houses we have bought). Bet it changed for a proper leaver of stop cock valve that can be turned and make sure the pressure is kept up

Well done anyway!!

@4naansjeremy I am loving your willingness to help on the boiler threads.

Boilers really are not designed for normal skill-free householders. My Smart Worcester Bosch has controls like a jumbo jet, took me ages and many shivering hours to work out that I needed to increase the flow temperature, not just the thermostat, and how to do it.
