NW London Extension Costs

We're thinking of squaring off our small dining/kitchen in the new year and I'm wondering how much an extension would cost for this to happen. The area measures 150cm out and 290 wide so within permitted development. Am I too optimistic to think it would come in within £10K?

In a similar area in London, we were told to budget for 2k per square meter. Nearly threw in the towel before even starting. Material and labour costs are astronomical

Lol. Nope. £10,000 is nowhere near enough for an extension. I reckon you would be looking at more like £60,000-£100,000.

Bloody hell- so go a quote for £20k today! Conservatory it is!!!
