Have just finished reading the other thread on here about the cyber outage. Commiserations to all affected.
Thought it might be helpful to start a thread specifically for those ppl using O'Neill Patient solicitors so we can perhaps share information as and when it comes through.
Our situation: we were due to exchange yesterday and had completion scheduled for 15.12.23. Currently in rental and so worried that this is going to drag on indefinitely which will render us homeless.
Our Case Manager took my call yesterday but didn't have anything useful to share other than they're prioritising those who were due to complete last week (rightly so).
Would be very grateful and interested to hear from anyone else with ONP who may have additional snippets of info to share.
So sorry for everyone who is affected by this.....
