It looks claustrophobic and dark with no outside space. It seems to be a lot for St Leonard's as it doesn't really offer family accommodation. It is close to the sea and amenities but if I was spending that much money at the seaside I would want sea air and a proper area to sit out .I, too , feel that I recognise it.

This place is amazing. It's the sort of place I could imagine Airbnb-ing with friends but living? No way!

I hope the owners realised how unsaleable it would be after such time and effort - really cool but nobody else would want the same as their home.

I'm terrified by every room

I've seen this house on here before - I think the owners need to realise it's not going to sell and just market it as a quirky Airbnb for hen and stag parties, special events, maybe a wedding venue? Or a restaurant/gastro pub type thing? No parking would be a major problem with any of those ideas though.

I actually love it, including the flaming crucifix and scary clown. I'm not sure about the old swimming pool in the basement though, that's a bit worrying.

Unless I have won £72 million on the lottery tonight, I won't be buying it however.

It all makes me feel a bit sad really.
There's a property here that's clearly not meant to be a home, it's for some multimillionaire who wants to buy yet another property in the UK to hire out for eg stag/hen do events, general group holiday situations to make more money for themselves, while most of us are in a housing/COLC and couldn't even afford to rent a weekend there.

I mean, sure it'd make a great weekend stay for a group of people but it'll end up being a wealthy Chinese, Russian or eg Greek person who buys it at the end of the day.

I really like it. It’d be great for a weekend but probably awful to live in. Not surprised it’s been on the market for years. It seems a lot for an air bnb rental.

It looks a nightmare, the fact all the living areas are living plan means no peace. What if someone was playing bowling when the eople on the mezanine wants to watch TV or someone on the sofas wants to sit and quietly read.

I'm hooked on Savillis just, some real beauties on there.

How do you get in and out of the top bunks though? There are steps coming down but only half way - are you supposed to just jump from there and land on the head of whoever is in the double below?
