Structural Engineer cost for sloping floors

I have been in my flat for 17 years and always knew I had sloping floors but figured it was just part of living in an old tenement building. I have since read that it can be a sign of structural problems and it’s giving me so much anxiety.

i recently had vinyl flooring in the kitchen and it seems to have made the sloping worse as I had tiles before and didn’t notice it too much when I was walking on it.

if it is structural then would it be affecting the other flats in my building as I live on the first floor.

Are you in Scotland as you say tenement? Is it free or leasehold?

Yes I am in Scotland and not sure if it’s a freehold or leasehold. There are 8 flats in the building but I do own my flat.
