I had ASHP fitted a few months ago and noticed immediately that the water pressure in my kitchen cold tap (mains) is dramatically reduced when first turned on, then gushes through after a few seconds. A friend has noticed that since her neighbours (she's in an end-terrace) had ASHP fitted her electric shower has become unreliable, either boiling or freezing, and a new unit has not fixed the problem - she's waiting for a plumber to see if it's a water pressure problem. Anyone else have such issues, is it a "known" thing?
