Seeking Feedback on Newbury Park (Bush Close) neighbourhood

Hi - I am looking at properties in the Newbury Park (specifically close to the Oaks Park Primary school) area - request honest feedback about the neighbourhood please primarily in terms of safety / security - I might have to return late from work via Newbury Station walking alone - also there might be times when my apartment (can be ground floor) will stay unoccupied for few months at a stretch - hence request someone to please share experience / thoughts - thanks.

Some are saying lots of police cars passing by due to speedsters and young people hanging out in group etc. it will be nice to get an honest review from someone who is living there.
