We’re having an extension built and are currently sharing a water supply with our neighbour in London. They have been made aware of this project and we have party wall agreements. The landlord has also been given enough notice and is aware of his obligations to supply next door with a new water supply. He has now turned around 24 hours before breaking down to say he has done nothing about a new supply. Anyone been through this before? Who’s legally responsible and is there any work around ?
