122sqm would be too small for me but I do love that garden, the tall trees scattered around are beautiful.

Edit: Actually just seen you're downsizing and adults kids moved out so the size is probably fine.

Right in the town centre but sheltered from the traffic noise. There are also some nice apartments in the new Pantiles development that would be good for downsizers.
