Plan our attic

If you had this space, where would you put a bathroom (large enough to fit a bath), a walk in wardrobe / dressing room, and a super king bed? All ideas welcome as I'm going round in circles. Total space is around 7m x 5m, so should be plenty.

Where is the bathroom underneath it? The soil pipe may dictate where you can put the en suite.

The soil pipes are on the left of the plan, so much easier for builder if bathroom is on that side. He has said it could also go in the bottom right corner and that he could run the waste pipe through the eaves. Basically, it's only the top right corner that is a tricky area to put a bathroom.

I assume it isn't all full 2m head height? That will restrict wher you put the wardrobes/ walk in space.

The dotted line towards the bottom of the plan shows where the head height starts to fall. Otherwise, we are putting a dormer on to get full head height in as much space as possible.

We also have a good view from the gable windows, so I would like to try and make the most of it.
