I'm please asking for some advise here. I paid for a new kitchen fitted by Brookmans, who are the modular style company associated with Small Bone. And really i was very happy with the pieces and went ahead with it. I sourced the appliances which saved me a pretty penny as well as the worktop which was about 7k cheaper.
Brookman's demanded the £27k upfront, for fitted of the kitchen , all the kitchen furniture and hallway cupboards. This was paid to the 5th December 2022.
I had delay after delay, the cupboards colours were part navy and grey, both in kitchen and hallway , when kitchen was to be navy and hallway grey.
they were adamant they were going to source the Quooker but it didn't arrive so i had to panic stricken do it myself.
All the drawers have been hanging out since then and the runners are to be replaced.
Excess materials were left here for about 11 months picked up a week ago.
The cupboards are still the wrong colour, the sink door the wrong size, and the cupboards still hanging out.
Ive had personal matters taking the fore of my attention, but i wanted to kindly ask , is there any decent ombudsman or some such that i could get this looked at?
27k is a fair whack of money which they took upfront , so the motivation to get it all done has since trailed until a year.
