Hi looking for advice.. moving house and mortgage free want to take out some equity to pay off loan. Do we downsize pay off and move to small three bed on 2 floors just 3 of us one 13 yr old or more expensive so don’t clear all debt but have three storey and huge bedroom on top with dressing room and space for study? Late 40’s and worried if we go for smaller would regret it in a few years but then 3 floors may be issue if we were older! Just looking for some advice as only have family over every six weeks so would usually be just the three of us.
