Sharing survey results with buyer

Hello, I'm in need of some help please. Our buyer had a level 2 survey of our property which showed some small cracks on the external walls. They asked that we do a structural survey. We instructed one and the results came back saying it was typical for this type of property, with no remedial works needed. We let them know the conclusions but now they want the actual report. Do we have to provide it to them ? Tia

Might be worth it if you want to continue the selling process, I'd probably want to see the actual report too rather than just have an email / verbally be told things are fine.

I don't see why you wouldn't. It will serve no purpose to them other than to help them proceed with the purchase or not.

Thank you so much.

Yes if you want to sell the property it's to your advantage to share the report with them.
