Anyone receive a notice/post from Land Registry?

The land registry have called me today to advise notices have been posted to me and one other party, for a registration that needs to happen on my property prior to exchange. We are up against timescales with mortgage offers expiring, has anyone received post from Land registry?

I am hoping it is posted recorded....

They advise they cannot email it - I live near a Land Registry office, am wondering if it comes to it can I just go in and collect the paperwork that needs signing?!

Last year (when we were tight on timescales too!) they posted a letter on 21 November and we received it 2 December 😬

Oh no, that's what I am afraid of!

I think if it doesn't arrive by say tuesday/Wednesday I will ask to go in! I don't think I'll be able to but as they're so close I will ask the question!
