We have a timber conservatory built around 20 years ago and still in good nick. We want to put a warm roof on it (pitched with clay or light plastic tiles, insulated and plastered, electrics in). It is separated from the house by doors (sliding glass monstrosities) which we plan to keep or replace rather than remove.
I'm reading very conflicting advice online as to whether building regs are needed. Does anyone know?
