Barnham, West Sussex

Can anyone advise me on what barnham is like? Is it a nice place to live?

I went to school there, I think it's an alright town, very quiet not much going on. Probably wouldn't recommend if you don't have a car and like to do your shopping at big supermarkets

Its a bit 'meh'. Not dreadful but not good. You can get quite a bit of house for your money...;but mainly because of the 'meh' factor.

It's ok from what I know of it. Not loads there but there is some shops near the train station like co op, pharmacy and a few take aways. Theres the trading post shop which is very random but has some general supplies. If you drive then up the road theres flying fortress soft play for kids and the ford carboot/market. Its 1 train stop away from Chichester if you need to go in that direction. Driving wise theres always lots of traffic on the A27 towards Chichester and Arundel during the rush.

Lived there for 4 years, moved in 2019
Mainly the train station which is useful for links to Chichester, Horsham, Worthing etc
Schools are good, though the very good secondary is catholic.
I didn't drive at the time, lots of supermarkets do delivery.
Has a few shops near the train station and Trading Post as already mentioned by pp
Very spread out with a lot of new housing
Dr surgery is up by Eastergate which is a trek if you don't drive.
