DD22 is trying to secure a small flat in a really expensive area/fast moving market etc etc. She needs to do a little "write up" to show she's a good possible tenant, she has 6 months cash in advance. What should she include in this write up? "I am a very quiet and conscientious person" sort of thing? She is extremely quiet and conscientious (probably too much if anything), but if you say you are does that make it true in a potential landlord's eyes?! She rented before at uni so has 2 years of private landlord references she can provide, but she's starting a new job in this area so not sure how much use an employers' reference will be?
Any experience?
