Sidcup schools?

Hi, we are thinking of moving to Sidcup. Wondered if anyone had any views on the area but also in particular the schools? Both primary/secondary and state/private. If we do move now, we will likely just miss the deadline for schools in January, so if we end up with little choice, are there any schools to avoid? DC starting reception next September.
