Hi all, having huge drainage issues that can't be reached via existing manhole.
The drain has an offshoot, which is under decking, so been advised decking has to come up, then pipe dug up and mended.
I have trace and access and make good insurance - how does this work?
Will they attempt to repair the original decking? Replace it? If it's replaced, we were planning to replace in the next couple of years to a patio instead - can we request this now? Will they create a second manhole or just hide it away again?
Realise this is probably a caae of waiting to see what they say, but my mind is whirring and I can't speak to them until tomorrow, so thought I'd ask here to try and calm myself! Thanks!
