Anyone have experience or review of mechanical single room recovery units MHRV's to extract moisture? Apartment has high humidity, constantly over 70% RH, musty, mould problems. Do all the regular things, open windows heat etc. Dehumidifier helps somewhat but I'm looking for something to install for each room, like an extractor fan, but suitable for bedrooms and living spaces than just wet rooms. Looked into PIV which needs to be centrally installed, which would be our hallway, but there is no outside outlet to release to. Front and back of apartment go direct to outside.
