Sticky floorboards help

As title says my floorboards have gone sticky.
I have a home massage business and in my room I have floorboards that I sanded down myself. I am a messy therapist and drop oil on the floor all the time 😭.
The oil has caused patches and areas of extreme stickiness but there is also a general all over tackiness.
I can't remember what I coated the floorboards with but I really need to sand down and recoat I suspect.
But whats the best coating to use?
I wash the floor multiple times a day and drop oil which I then spend the next hour or so treading into the floor.
So what will look nice and be robust enough to be washed several times a day?

Commercial LVT?

And that is being serious I can't imagine any varnish being up to being washed thrice daily.

I imagine yacht varnish would work.

@VeniVidiWeeWee I don't want this to be true
@minipie I wondered if yacht varnish would be tge best idea presumably its robust and waterproof.
Someone suggested oiling it linseed oil but not sure if that would be up to the job.
Thank you both for replying 😁

Osmo Polyx Hardwax oil. Apply thinly, at least two coats 24 hours apart, don't walk on it for 48 hrs.

Enjoy the sanding....

@Dbank thank you will take a look. The sanding is just so horrible and I will have to close for the week and clear all my stuff out to do a job I have already done once its so annoying.

Perhaps you could do in stages, just don't sand before the oil has dried.

I had to do my hall this way, as it would be impossible not to use it.

@Dbank thank you 😊
