Looking for recommendations for beautiful but safe interior doors.
We’ve got a long living room that we want to divide into two. At the moment it has a single door off the hall, then it will have the middle dividing wall and ideally pocket doors, and then double doors into the kitchen. We’d like all of these to have at least some glass in them, but the current single pane of glass doors that we have give me the fear with our two and four year old children.
Is there such a thing as a beautiful but robust and safe glass internal door? DH is particularly keen on glass at the top, wood on bottom, but I’m not sure if that looks good or if nice options are available. House is 1930s but without much character, which we are trying to put back in.
thanks!
