Raynes park train line

Hi All

thoughts on buying a property that backs onto a train line. We love the house, it’s in budget and we can put our own stamp on it. Nice part of town and quiet road but there is a train line at the end of the garden. Garden is 60 odd feet and line is raised and behind trees so privacy isn’t really an issue. If I’m honest I’m not too concerned with noise either but I’m worried that selling it in the future will be a pain! Thoughts or anyone who lives near the raynes park/Wimbledon train line who has experience of this situation? Thanks!

I would love that 💕. Regular traffic sound is so much easier to deal with than people.

I have the same thought too, considering to rent a flat that near the raynes park train track or not, worry that the noise would be so loud, thinking should I give up the holding deposit.🤔
