Modular Storage Cubes?

Anyone come across modular storage cubes MDF etc?

Im unsure about Ikea albeit pricing is competetive.
Regarding Eket.. do you think it beats these below as they are a bit flimsy:-

Futon seem interesting. Not sure about Ikea comparison.
I think Muji are 'inserts' for the Ikea framework such as Kallax?.. Muji are but Muji a bit pricey

I have a few Eket cubes. I was planning to put them in a row on the wall, but I use them in stacks. Useful and not heavy.

The Muji ones don't have to go on shelves. They're not cheap but I like them.

Not seen the futon company ones, but I have a futon from there and love it. Probably not the comfiest sofa but good as a bed, which isn't relevant

The Kallax ones are very popular. There's probably a reason.
I don't know if Ikea still does the IVAR shelving, but that's wood and modular.

You can get interlocking ones from nasty large company with a river name but I don't know how good they are, and they look flimsy.

Maybe look for second hand or shop-fitting/industrial quality?
