Hello everyone,
Our house is on a busy road and near a speed bump which, unfortunately, large vehicles don’t slow down for. This causes our house to shake. We had rooms replastered and painted in the last two years which already have cracks in them. It definitely isn’t a structural issue as we’ve actually had a structural engineer out for a different reason. It’s just the damn lorries flying over the speed bump which is literally outside our house.
Is there a specific type of plastering which has some ‘stretch’ in it and would prove helpful? Is there a technique I could request?
