Question about tiles

I have these in the kitchen, like this when we moved here but I want to lighten things up a bit and in our kitchen I'm not a fan of the darker colour grout. Does anyone know how to change this so we just re grout over it with a lighter grout? Complete newbie here at anything like this! Thank you

You have to use a tool to remove as much grout as possible first

You would have to scrape the old grout out, A time consuming and messy job.
Then regrout then.
However you’ll see any stains on white grout easier than in the darker grout. So will be cleaning/scrubbing them a lot more.

you can get grout pens and grout paint. google. some grout pens claim they can change colour over existing grout. you may need to check reviews etc.
