Boiler help please!

Come back to no hot water.
Error 1 then 19 which is low pressure from what I can tell.
How do I repressurise this boiler? I think that's what I need to do?
Which levers? There are a few underneath.
I'm not confident at all.

If you go on YouTube and type the boiler make and model, then how to depressurise, you will get something clear and easy to walk you through it. On my boiler it is just a case of turning a knob a tiny bit until the pressure goes up. Super easy.

I always panic with boilers! But this is an easy one I promise. Very common at the start of winter when you start turning the heating on again. Hope you get it sorted!

Once you’ve figured it out on the model you have this is easy. Although if you keep getting an error, you may want to check for a leaking radiator somewhere.

If the pressure keeps dropping it will need looking at. It could be as simple as a slightly leaking rad valve, could be a boiler problem ( air bladder etc.) or you could have a leaking pipe under the floor.

There will be a reason its losing pressure. Best to call in a gas engineer to look at it.

Ours loses pressure and has to be topped up twice a year Gas engineer says quite normal but I still have an annual check

Some people over pressurize their boiler then it blows the prv. DH went out to one last week where they kept it at 3 bar !
Should be around 1.5 when off, up to 2 when it’s running.
