Near Rugby

Good day, ladies.
Please can you advise me on where to relocate as my DD is in year 4 and we are looking to buy a house in Rugby where DD might have a chance in Grammar schools and also good schools area if she does not qualify. We currently live in Coventry Stveychvale. Our budget is 620K. Many thanks in advance.

Theres a lot of additional information needed to help you. I live near Rugby so know the area fairly well.

What type of house are you after? Do you want transport links to the M6/M1 or is closeness to grammar schooling a priority? With your budget theres a lot of different houses that could fit your criteria in Rugby.

Thank you for your response, we are looking near grammar schools as DD is in year 4 so if she can't crack the grammar school exam then atleast near good schools so we aren't concerned about transportation as preferably near good schools. Thanks in advance.

You would be best placed in the Bilton/Dunchurch area then as that has the girls grammar school and its not far to the mixed grammar school from there either.
