How do you paint the ceiling over your bath?

If I stand on a step ladder as close as I can get to the corner, I just can't quite reach. Has anyone put the step ladder in the bath? Will it break the bath? How else can I reach that corner?

I always just stood on the edge of the bath. If that's not an option, maybe use a long-handled roller?

Like @Persipan I stand on the edge of the bath, but if your ceiling is too high and it's just the corner, you could attach a small brush to a mop handle with tape, which is more precise than a roller in my experience.

I wouldn't put a ladder in the bath as the surface isn't flat and I wouldn't feel safe. Most step ladders have rubber feet, so it might not damage the bath, but if you were to fall it could be very nasty.

you can got those rollers on a pole that reach up

Thanks all. Yes, I'd be worried about ricketyness of the ladder (would put towels down in the back). But it's for cutting in so not sure a brush on a pole would be precise enough. Ceiling too high to stand in edge of the bath. Maybe I just need to paint the walls and ceiling the same colour.
