Hi, so I had my chimney breast removed. I've attached a photo.

I want to add an electric fire towards the bottom. Boxed in. Don't know what else to do with the top half.

Please can you share some suggestions on what I can do. Can't find anything online

I would probably put some shelves in with lights underneath. I would use LED strip lights so they aren't visible (recessed into the shelves) and are controllable for temperature and colour. You have electricity in the alcove, so could hide the wiring.

Alternatively, maybe a picture or a mirror?
