Viewings - do depersonalise or not?

Interested in peoples opinions... family photos and the like, would you remove them or not?

I'm always in two minds about it!

When we sold our place last year, I put away nearly all family photos. I left just a few that were hung up on the kitchen wall. You want potential buyers to see clearly how the rooms and space can be used so they can imagine themselves living there.

I removed them so they weren’t in pictures on the internet

Yes. We removed all personal and branded items. The buyer needs to imagine themselves living in the space. Apparently if they see brands they don't use it kind of alienates them, subconsciously.
