Chippings in Shared Pathway

Hi all. I’m having a problem with my next door neighbour about our shared walkway.
She has slate chippings all the way down it.

I have a 2 year old and I use the pushchair every day and I’m struggling to push it every time I go across it. I also have a severe hip problem (osteoarthritis) and have severe limping and most of the time need to use the pushchair to use as an aid and I’ve had to buy a walking crutch. I have no cartilage left between the bone and hip, so I can barely move my leg to walk without being in immense pain. The person next door knows about my pain and doesn’t want to move them so it’s just clear with nothing in the any of the ground.

We aren’t on speaking terms and I’m blocked from her number, so I was just wondering if anyone knows or could find any information that would help me with evidence for her to be liable to move the chippings. I’ve attached a picture of chippings that are very similar. Thank you 😊

Are you renting or do you own the property?
Can you get a copy of the deeds to see who owns the pathway?
