I'm taking all my pictures down prior to packing up and there are lots of holes in the walls. I no longer have original paint. Do I just leave it as it is?

Yes you do.

I'm assuming you have already Exchanged contracts? If not, keep the pictures up until after Exchange just in case they ask for a last minute viewing. You want to keep the house looking its best until Exchange of Contracts.

I left the hooks up rather than leaving holes. Our exchange was delayed and we had already moved far away so I didn’t have time to fill, sand and paint.
I’m also not that good at it (getting better as I’ve had to do a lot in the new place) so thought my buyers would rather do it themselves!
