Any roofers about? Anybody know a roofer?

I’ve been given a choice between concrete and clay roof tiles. Both similar appearance, clay about 1k more expensive for the whole job. This is my forever home.

Google hasn’t been helpful in saying which is better or why, and gives completely different figures for longevity. So I’d like to ask people who know what they’re talking about and aren’t trying to sell me something - which would you choose for your own roof and why?

Just asked DP (he's a roofer) and he said concrete, I asked why and he said "it's cheaper, the main difference is how they look, both just hold as long as the timber underneath".
