Changing window and door colour but it won't match the street??

We want to change our windows and doors to anthracite grey but the whole cul de sac is in brown (one recently changed to light brown but that's the rest are still a darker shade). There's a house a couple of streets away the same colour and we think it looks lovely but I am worried the neighbours in the close may not be happy it doesn't match the rest of the street (most of them are retired and have lived here since they were built in 1985). I'm not overly concerned about opinions but legally can we be made to change it if someone complains? I've attached a page from the documents we signed when buying the house. Is this even still valid??

Please can people just reply if they know the legal answer rather than just opinions.

Is it a leasehold property? Or a private estate. Or does the above relate to a local covenant?

Freehold, it's a page from the land registry documents we were given when buying the house. As usual for legal documents it's fairly wordy and confusing to read in places
