Cracks in plaster - wall and ceiling

I'm embarrassingly poor at house stuff/DIY and I've just noticed we have several cracks developed in the ceiling and walls of a couple of the rooms in our (Victorian) flat.

We had the walls replastered when we moved in two years ago so we know they are new. Who do you ask to look at for something like this - is it a plasterer? Or do you need someone else? They're not wide but they are quite long. Arghhh.

Are they very fine? If so they are probably hairline cracks as the building settles and the plaster dries (particularly as we had a very hot and dry summer last year).

TBH they are just part and parcel of living in an older property - they tend to shift around!

You can get ceiling paint that cover shairline cracks if they bother you.
