Viewing full epc report before making an offer

Property details obviously show the current rating and potential rating. Can we ask to see the full report to see what has been identified as needing to be done to raise the rating?

You can just look it up on the gov.uk website.

If you go on the government website and input the postcode and property number it will give you the suggestions and points per suggestion.
