painted a fake leather bench about a month ago as an upcycle project. I used Dixie Belle Paint and some Angelus paint for leather.
The paint however is still tacky to touch a month later. There doesn't seem to be any sign of it drying anytime soon either.
Anything I put on top of it sticks to it a bit, it's very annoying.
Any idea why this is happening and what I could do? I have put this on the Home Decoration chat as well.
