We are selling, we have leased solar panels, there is a restrictive covenant not to alter or extend roof/elevation. Previous sellers did not provide consent, said the roof was not altered. Now buyers sols are insisting on retrospective consent- what are.thoughts on this?
I'm inclined to say the roof/elevation was not altered, the solar panels are clipped onto the roof. (Its not like a dormer window or loft extension)
