For the posters that have used them, how have you found the price and quality in comparison to Wren etc?

And did you do it all online or did you visit the showroom? Thanks

We used them. Cheaper than Howdens and Magnet by some way for us and better quality than what we were looking at with Magnet. That Facebook page is great. My one regret is that we didn’t use an independent designer - it would have been a few hundred pounds well spent.

Can’t compare with Wren as I never got a quote from them!

The whole experience was better than Wren. Quality wise DIY was better although to be fair, Wren wasn't awful

There was a guy on youtube who bought and compared the same (or closest too) kitchen from all 5 major suppliers and DIY kitchens came out best for basically everything from cost to ease to quality.

My fitter recommended DIY Kitchens (and Worktop Express) and I'm very happy with mine.

I did go to the showroom - made a whole Yorkshire holiday out of it - and it was very much worth it as I completely changed my mind about what range I wanted on seeing them in the flesh. We also did 99% of our kitchen plan there which is also worth it as although you have to get on with it yourself, they have a couple of people there to point you in the right direction when you get stuck. Be prepared to be there for hours.

Fitter went over the plan and took out some bits of trim etc and added others which we wouldn't have figured out ourselves.
