If you change agents, but someone who viewed with the first offers under the second, what are the rules?

It will depend on the contract you have with the agent.

When that happened to us, the first EA got the commission, the one who introduced the Buyer to us

@Twiglets1 did you not have to pay anything to the second agent then, since you were on with them at the time?

We had just gone on with the second agent. They said we should pay a fee for the photos they had taken which incurred a cost of about £250. We felt we probably could have challenged that but paid the fee for the photos anyway as we genuinely felt bad for them.
