I was position number 2 on a house and it was offered to another bidder, and in the section ‘offered to other bids’ the house has now been moved to ‘shortlisted bids’ what does this mean?

It can mean slightly different things but essentially they are running through the process of signing up the first person. If that fails they should come back to you

Okay Thankyou, I’m just confused because up until tonight it was under the section ‘offered to other bids’ and now it’s changed to ‘shortlisted bids’ so I didn’t know if the first person had declined it or not
