Moving Mansfield/Nottingham area!

Hello, we’re looking to move house now and we’ve found 2 we quite like the look of in Rainworth and Blidworth. Anyone know what these areas are like and would you recommend or not? Before house hunting I’d never heard of them before so I feel clueless!

Blidworth is much nicer and friendlier than Rainworth, but you can get more for your money in Rainworth and there's a bigger variety of housing stock.
Blidworth has a very small village feel, with very tight community groups. Rainworth has more new build housing estates if you're into that.
Rainworth is becoming a bit of a suburb of Mansfield and is better served by public transport, while Blidworth has a more rural feel, with lots of agricultural traffic and activity happening in or near to the village but a bit less connected, with only a few irregular buses going through.
