We bought this property last month. Were planning just cosmetic upgrade, but once the tiles went off the bathroom walls, its leak and problems all over.
Does it look like just ant or there could be also woodworm?
Pest control has been here already and done a round of ant treatment. A builder then said its woodworm. I called pest control and they reiterated that the holes were made from ants.
What do you think? Ive done a lot of googling. There are definitely a lot of holes in the beam in the middle. But no dead beetles found.
The bathroom is on the ground floor. The floor is concrete. Source of leak should be the shower room thats directly above.
Please advise what i need to do!
