SILESTONE - Struggling to find clean white with not to shouty marbling fearures

Hi Everyone

Trying to choose my Silestone quartz worktop. I want a very clean white background with some marbling etc. The obvious choice would be Eternal Calacutta Gold but everyone seems to have this. Got 5 x samples here and none of them are right, 3 more samples on the way. It’s for a north facing kitchen extension. Having dove grey Matt Howdens units, wood effect LVT and therefore want a colour contrast and feel a clean white quartz would brighten and lift the whole kitchen. Want Silestone rather another brand as that what Howdens sells. If you have Silestone what colour did you go for?

We went with statuario which is very faintly marbled and not as showy as calcatta gold.
I was considering iconic white but I felt it needed a little more visual interest.

It’s worth going and seeing the big slabs in a warehouse if you can, rather than looking at small samples or the photos online. I found it hard to judge the effect until I saw the full slabs.

Thanks for your post, very helpful. Will take a look at Statuario. Definitely need to look at much bigger slabs in a warehouse but wanted to narrow it down a bit 1st. It’s such a lot of money to get wrong!
