Hello all, we are just after some advice.
We are in the process of selling our flat and our buyer wants to rent it out. The lease is silent for renting out but for some reason our buyer wants a deed of variation to add a clause to allow them to rent. Our solicitor has asked the freeholder how much for the dov. At this stage we are also expecting to hear about the fire and asbestos assessments, the management company confirmed on the 7th of August that they were dealing with those items but we have not heard anything since. Our estate agent contacted them and the management company said that they would only deal with solicitor. Our solicitor has been contacting them but they have not responded so we are totally stuck, does anyone know if there is anything we could do
